The OdorFree ozone generator is an excellent hotel odor eliminator. Smells develop in hotel and motel rooms from tobacco smoke, body odors, moisture, food and beverages, and sometimes even pets. Hotel odor removal is needed because fumes and vapors adhere not only to the walls and ceiling, but also get embedded in the carpet, furniture,drapes and bedding, as well as the bathroom.

oxidation for permanent odor removal. For example, rooms designated as non-smoking are sometimes smoked in by the occupant. Simply scrubbing the room will not eliminate cigarette smoke odors because the fumes penetrate the furniture and fabrics, and microscopic smoke residue clings to the walls, ceilings and other surfaces.

How to Treat Hotel Odors

Solution: To eliminate this problem, an ozone generator is brought into the room after it has been gone through by housekeeping. The dial turned to 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the severity of the odors, and the room is vacated while the hotel odor elimiator is operating. The O3 fills the entire room, contacting the walls, ceiling and crevices, penetrating fabrics and oxidizing away all the odors at their soruce.

Note: The fan on the thermostat for the room air conditioner may be turned to the ON position to circulate the O3 and remove any odors that build up inside the unit itself or the ducts.

When the next guest enters the room there is no trace of an odor from the tobacco smoke. And there is no residual smell from deodorizers that try to mask odors, which many guests find objectionable. Your customer will enjoy a fresh smelling hotel room, and this greatly adds to guest satisfaction.*

Most spaces require longer treatment times, so an OdorFree model with a 12-Hour Timer is more convenient. This model has a variable ozone output control and a 60-Minute Timer that automatically turns the machine off when the treatment is completed.
